- Please be aware that birdsong yoga may alter the information on its website from time to time.
- Whilst we regularly update and ensure the accuracy of our terms of use, there may be occasional mistakes or inaccurate information.
- birdsong yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or compensate towards any late classes, changed or cancelled.
- birdsong yoga is not liable to refund any purchases made for any reason, for example illness, injury, or lateness.
- We reserve the right to refuse class entry for a reasonable and fair reason, for example illness, injury, or lateness.
- Students who are pregnant may attend classes only after first gaining agreement of the studio owner. This is for your well-being during this time.
- All participants release birdsong yoga, its studio owner, employees and teachers of all liability regarding any loss or damage to personal belongings or injury.
Class Cancellation Policy
- Class cancellations must be made via the Momoyoga app or through our website www.birdsong.yoga Class cancellations will not be accepted via social media, phone, text or email or any other form of communication.
- Class cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before class starts.
- Students using an Intro offer, Drop-In, or 5 Class pass who pre-book a class but are no-shows will lose their class pass credit
- Students using an Intro offer, Drop-In, or 5 Class pass who pre-book a class and cancel the booking outside of the 12-hour cancellation window will have the class pass re-credited to their account for use at a later date.
- Teachers and classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice, although we make every effort to avoid such a circumstance.
- By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above cancellation terms & conditions.
Work-Shops, Courses and Events Cancellation Policy
- When booking courses and workshops we do not provide a refund or credit. Please check and ensure you can attend the scheduled course session dates before booking.
- If we can fill your space from the waitlist, we will credit the cost of the workshop or course onto your account for use at a later date.
- If you ‘no-show’ a course, workshop or event you will not receive a refund or transferable credit.
- If a course or workshop is cancelled, you will be offered either a full refund, or the option of being transferred to an alternative course or workshop.
Intro offers, Class pass packs and Drop-ins
- The date you purchase your intro offer, drop-in or class pass is the date on which it commences.
- All 5 class passes expire 2 months from the date of purchase, no refunds are given.
- Drop-ins are for one class attendance only, expire after 1 month from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Intro special offers are available once to anyone who has not previously bought any classes and expire one month from the date of purchase.
- Class and Pack prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.
- Payment needs to be made upon booking - workshops, events and classes cannot be held for students.
- Passes cannot be shared.
- Any unused classes will not be transferred for use at a later date.
